CYCLE PURSUIT – This indoor class will offer you a range of different challenges with hill climbing, sprints and more. These different tasks during the class all add to a high calorie burning class, which will help you shread body fat, increase your fitness and tone and strengthen your legs. This class is for all fitness levels, and it is a great chance to ride with friends or family in a warm or dry environment.
BATTLE – Often known as Boxing. This class will help to increase your fitness and strength levels, while at the same time help you to manage that stress, while you get to punch or kick those mitts or that punching-bag. You will be either be partnered up or you will use other boxing equipment, along with mixing in some body weight exercises to help you tone up and have an enjoyable time doing it. This class is for anyone that wants to try something new, and lets admit it, it feels good to hit something sometimes…
CIRCUIT – In this class you will be doing a range of exercises, working the whole body which will help you to shape up and increase your fitness. You will move around the room doing 1 exercise at a time and “pushing it” for a short time, and then moving onto the next exercise. During the session, a variety of different equipment will be used, which will help to provide excitement to your exercise routine, and increase your exercise bank. You work at your own level and use suitable weights for your abilities, making this great for any age, size or shape.
DEFINE – Often known as Pump, In this class you will be using hand weights and a barbell to provide good resistance to help define those muscles. As well as defining the muscles, you will feel a “burn” and also increase your full body strength. This workout is broken down to target different muscles at different stages of the session. This class is for those that want to have those long lean looking muscles.
DEFINE CIRCUIT – Set up like a circuit class, you will be completing an exercise for a short amount of time ‘pushing it’, before moving onto the next station. You will repeat each station 3 times during the class. The exercises however are entirely from our Define classes, using the barbell’s and plates, with ab exercises too. This is a fantastic class for building all over body strength and toning your muscles.
ABS – In our Abs class you will be using your abdominal, glute, and lower back muscles in different exercises to increase your core strength. These will help you to feel like you have grown taller and make you feel stronger in your middle area. You will be doing a range of exercises mixed in with some cardio. This class is for those wanting to improve and strengthen their abdominals.
ZUMBA® – Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® programme is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness-Party.
BODY TONE – In this class you will focus on shaping up those shoulders, slimming down that waist, strengthening your glutes and toning up your legs along with a bit of Cardio.
STEP– In this class you will following routines choreographed to music for a great cardio workout using adjustable step tops. This class is a fantastic way of increasing your fitness, full body strength and an effective way of burning a lot of calories to great music.
PILATES/YOGALATES – Focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. It involves a series for both your body and mind. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body that is strong and supple, flat stomach, balanced legs and strong back.
XPLODE – A short, fast and explosive workout! This class is great for those who want to increase their speed, power and strength. The workouts will be between 20-40 minutes approx. and aim to push you to an all new level!
CYCLE ‘SPRINT’ – A 30 minute blast on a spin bike! Short and intense. Fantastic for those would love to work hard and at high intensity. Come in before the class and warm up so you are ready to sprint!
STRETCH – This class is a good way to help improve your range of motion & flexibility, which can help improve your performance, or your general well-being by assisting recovery. In this class you will be doing full body, static and dynamic stretches, using bands & rollers, along with assisted partner stretches to help you feel better going into your next workout.
STRONG BY ZUMBA – It’s not a dance class! It’s a revolutionary high-inensity workout led by music to help you make it to the last rep, and maybe even five more.
